Miles and Carter's First Race

I signed Miles and Carter up for a race called the Teddy Bear 1k. It was at the West Jordan City Park and we met up with several other cousins participating in the race. It happened to be on August 15th, which this year was about the only day in August that it rained, and rain it did. On top of it raining, it was COLD! As they went to line up, Carter got nervous and didn't want to do it. Quinn ended up running with him. They were all drenched by the time they finished but they had so much fun and can't wait to do another one. They both did so well and I am so proud of them. After they finished they got to go get a teddy bear. Miles and Carter both got really nice bears.

    How fun. Sorry it was so rainy. Laurel did that last year. I wish we would have done it this year and then we could've seen you.

    I love how Carter looks like he doesn't know what to make of the whole thing in that first one.

    (Oh and if you want to make the pics closer you can go back through and delete spaces after they load. For a while all of mine were very spaced apart(more than yours even). They look fine though... just thought I'd tell you that's how I got mine closer).
